COLLECTION ORDERS
The first step to ordering from the wedding collections is to select a design - you can order as
designed or personalize it by choosing your favorite theme, colors, fonts, etc (see BASICS).
Once you've chosen the design elements you would like to incorporate into your invitation,
contact us – either by phone or e-mail. We will be there to answer any questions you may
have and place your order based on your timeline.
These are a few of the details you will need to consider for your order:
– Choice of invitation design including style, paper, colors and typeface choices
– Invitation wording, wedding date, host names, location and address, reply date,
return address, etc. (See WORDING)
– Any EXTRAS (envelope liners, bellybands, ribbons, etc.)
– The date you wish to receive your printed items
– All your contact information including phone, address and e-mail
– You may wish to order all of your stationery at once, or place your order in stages –
starting with save the dates and then adding wedding invitations at a later time, along with
programs, escort cards, etc. before your wedding date
– Quantity for each of these items
– Your stationery budget
Once we receive your inquire about an order, we will send you a follow-up e-mail with any
questions we may have then send a contract that will contain the pricing, delivery dates with
details on the materials and printing process via PDF. Please print and mail the contract along
with a 50% deposit to begin the proofing and printing stages. Please see PROOFING
